Sunday, July 19, 2015
At the home of Bill and Judy Cobau, “Tip-Top”
Co-hosted by Karin and Bob Jackson
2250 Harpswell Island Road (Rte. 24)
Please email or call Karin to let her know what you would like to bring: a salad, main dish, or dessert. Be as specific as possible so as not to have duplicates. firstname.lastname@example.org 725-4227 (out of town July 9-12). Please include your email and phone number. Beverages will be provided.
Directions: From Cook’s Corner, Brunswick, take Route 24 straight south to Bailey Island. When you cross the famous Cribstone Bridge onto the Island, it is approximately 1.4 miles to the Cobaus. All on your right, you will pass the post office, general store, and beautiful Mackerel Cove. After that, look for the Episcopal Church sign on the right, across from Washington Avenue. Theirs is the next driveway, on the right, on an angle, up a slight hill. Parking for several cars available. If necessary, you will be directed offsite, and will be given a ride back to the house. Please try to carpool!
Caution: If for some reason you miss the driveway, go past it and turn around in a safe spot and come back past their house, turn around, and try again.
Informal discussion topic: Your least favorite Jane Austen character!
Let’s hope for a beautiful day, like most of our previous summer events have been. We look forward to seeing you on Bailey Island!
